Growing happy, healthy children
Life can be challenging and may include many stressful situations. Parents and children can feel overwhelmed by different things at different times.
Try the following tips for supporting your child through primary school:
Connect with their classroom teacher.
Read every night! It could be a shared reading, they read to you, you read to them.
Show them how to bounce back—when you stay positive, and try again, so will they.
Make sure they know mistakes are okay.
